Thames Central

London

The landlord of this 62,000 Ft2 1960’s building was looking for a complete refresh of the common parts to encourage a greater sense of community and wellbeing for the occupants.

Our design proposal looked at improving access, wayfinding and building identity. The large atrium at the centre of the building has suspended sculptures, a Piaggio coffee van, new seating and extensive planting. The concept was to bring activity and vibrancy into the existing unused space.
